Made to order

Every R.A. piece is made to order for you. Nothing is held in stock, so each piece is made once your order is confirmed.

How ordering works

Prices are on request. Send us an enquiry with the pieces, colours and sizes you want. We reply with a quote that confirms the price, the shipping cost to your address and the delivery timing. Nothing is ordered until you accept it.

Where we deliver

We ship worldwide. The shipping cost depends on where your order is going, and it is shown in your quote before you order.

How long it takes

We aim to deliver every order within 14 business days. Your quote confirms the timing for your address.

Problems with delivery

If your order is late, lost or arrives damaged, email us with your order reference. The team monitors enquiries and aims to reply within one business day. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Product pages show the colour and size options in the catalogue. Size names can differ between garments, so ask for a piece’s measurements if you are unsure.
