Work With
The House.
We build things carefully. We look for people who do the same.
Three Things
That Guide Us.
The customer shapes every decision.
Every piece we make and every process we run is measured against one question: does this serve the person who buys it? That standard applies to product, to service, and to the way we communicate. It is not a philosophy — it is the operating instruction.
Working here means carrying that question into your own role, whatever it is.
Different perspectives produce better outcomes.
We are a small house. The people in it need to think clearly and independently, and that requires a range of experience, background, and perspective. We do not look for one type of person — we look for people who are direct, considered, and willing to say what they actually think.
The work is better for it. So is the environment.
Doing it properly matters more than doing it fast.
The on-demand model, the considered range, the editorial standard — none of those things happen by rushing. We take the time that the work requires. We look for people who are comfortable with that pace and understand why it produces a better result.
Improvement is ongoing. It does not require urgency — it requires attention.
We Are Not
Hiring Right Now.
There are no open roles at the moment. That changes — and when it does, we tend to move deliberately rather than broadly. If you are interested in working with R.A. Apparel, the best thing you can do is let us know before a role exists.
Send a brief introduction — who you are, what you do, and why this house interests you. Include anything relevant: a portfolio, examples of work, or a note about the kind of role you are looking for. We keep these on file and refer back to them when the time comes.
Expression of interest
Email us directly. No formal application required — just something that gives us a clear picture of who you are and what you do.
info@raapparel.storeWhat the Work
Looks Like.
We keep things direct. These are the practical realities of working with R.A. Apparel — not a sales pitch.
Work where the work gets done.
We care about the output, not the location. If your best work happens remotely, that is where you should be. If you need a different environment at different times, we can accommodate that. Flexibility is built into how we operate — not offered as a perk.
Room to develop, if you want it.
The house is growing. The roles within it are not fixed. If you bring capability and interest, there is scope to move into areas that do not exist yet. We support that with time, resources, and direct access to the people making decisions — not a formal programme.
Access to the range.
Everyone who works here gets access to the R.A. range at cost. We think it is reasonable that the people who build the house should be able to wear what it makes.
We take wellbeing seriously.
That means reasonable hours, direct communication about workload, and no expectation that you are always available. If something is not working, we would rather hear about it early than manage the consequences later.
A small team that says what it thinks.
We are not a large organisation. There is no hierarchy between you and the people running the house. Good ideas are acted on regardless of where they come from. Different points of view are expected, not managed.
