Return and Refund Policy

At R.A. Apparel, every order is handled with care. Many of our products are made to order, which means we do not usually accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or accidental orders.


This policy does not limit or remove your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy.


Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items


If something is wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@raapparel.store with:


- Your order number

- A clear description of the issue

- Photos of the item, packaging, and any visible fault or damage


We will review the issue and advise the next steps. Where appropriate, we may arrange a replacement, refund, or other remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Change of mind


Because many R.A. Apparel products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, colour preference, or if you no longer want the item after purchase.


Please check product details, sizing, colours, and delivery information carefully before placing your order.


Return shipping


If your return is approved because the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will advise whether the item needs to be returned and how return shipping will be handled.


If a return is approved outside of a fault or error scenario, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds


Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
