R.A. Apparel ships orders to customers in Australia and selected international locations where available at checkout.
Order processing
Many R.A. Apparel products are made to order. This means your item may be produced after your order is placed, rather than being pulled from pre-existing stock.
Estimated processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, production location, carrier, destination, and seasonal demand.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Australia shipping rates may include:
Standard shipping:
- Orders up to $79.99: $9.95
- Orders from $80.00 to $149.99: $6.95
- Orders $150.00 and over: Free standard shipping
Express shipping:
- Orders up to $79.95: $16.95
- Orders from $80.00 to $149.99: $12.95
- Orders $150.00 and over: $9.95
Shipping rates, thresholds, delivery options, and availability may change from time to time.
Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only. Delays may occur due to production times, carrier delays, customs processing, high-volume periods, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect delivery details
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout. R.A. Apparel is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at support@raapparel.store. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered production or dispatch.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@raapparel.store with your order number and relevant details.
We will review the issue and assist where possible. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy.
International orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
