International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are determined by your country's customs policy and are the customer's responsibility. They are not included in our shipping rates.
Order tracking.
All orders include tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. You can monitor progress at any time using the link provided.

Processing times.
As a made-to-order label, all items are produced after your order is confirmed. Standard production time is 2–5 business days. During high-volume periods this may extend slightly — we will notify you if there is any meaningful delay to your specific order.
Processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery delays.
We make every effort to dispatch on time. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier disruption, customs, or circumstances outside our control. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you directly.
Lost or stolen packages.
R.A. Apparel is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your order shows as delivered but has not been received, please contact your carrier first, then reach out to us at info@raapparel.store and we will assist where possible.
Incorrect address.
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error after placing, contact us immediately at info@raapparel.store. We will do our best to correct it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Yes, via standard shipping. Please allow additional time for these deliveries.
