We want you to be satisfied with your order. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Eligibility.

We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:

  • ConditionUnworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Original tags attached. No signs of wear, alteration, or staining.
  • WindowWithin 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Not eligiblePersonalised and custom-made items, final sale items, and intimate apparel are not returnable. Please review the product page before ordering.

As a made-to-order label, most R.A. Apparel pieces are produced specifically for your order. Personalised or custom-brief items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Starting a return.

To initiate a return, email us at info@raapparel.store with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you are returning
  • Your reason for the return

We will respond within three business days with return instructions. For eligible domestic returns, a prepaid shipping label will be provided where applicable.

Refunds.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective item.

Exchanges.

If you need a different size or colour, we can arrange an exchange. Follow the return process above and specify the item you would like instead. The replacement will be dispatched once the original return is received and inspected.

If you need your replacement quickly, place a new order for the correct item and return the original for a refund. This avoids any wait time on the exchange.

Damaged or defective items.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@raapparel.store. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damage or defect

We will arrange a return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping — whichever you prefer.

International returns.

International returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Which items cannot be returned?

Personalised or custom-made items, anything marked final sale, and intimate apparel. The product page will indicate if an item falls under these categories.

How long does the return process take?

Allow 7–10 business days from when we receive your return for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once complete.

Do I pay for return postage?

For eligible domestic returns, we provide a prepaid label. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I return an item bought at a reduced order value?

Yes — provided the item meets the standard return conditions. The refund will reflect the amount actually paid at checkout.
