Sizing Varies
by Product.
Sizing is not universal across all products. Each item is made from a specific blank with its own dimensions, fit, and cut. The size guide shown on the individual product page is always the most accurate reference for that item.
The values in this general guide are broad reference averages by product type. Slight differences between items of the same size are normal and expected.
How measurements are taken
- Length Measured from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem, laid flat.
- Chest / Width Measured straight across the chest, below the sleeves, laid flat.
- Sleeve length From the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.
- Waist Measured straight across at the narrowest point of the garment.
- Hips / Hem Measured across the bottom hem, laid flat.
- Body measurements Used for fitted garments — measure your body, not the garment, then compare to the chart.
Compare to a garment you already own.
The most reliable way to find the right size is to measure a similar garment that already fits you well, then compare those measurements to the product chart.
Between sizes? Check the fit note.
Each product page includes a fit note — relaxed, regular, or fitted. If you are between sizes, that note should guide your choice. A relaxed-fit piece generally warrants sizing down; a fitted piece may warrant sizing up.
Small measurement differences are normal.
Fabric, stitching, and production tolerances mean that measurements can vary slightly between items. These differences are within normal manufacturing range and do not indicate a fault.
Fitted styles use body measurements.
For fitted garments — such as women's tanks, dresses, and jackets — the size chart references your body measurements rather than the garment dimensions. Measure your chest, waist, and hips and compare to the product chart directly.

Footwear
US sizing by default — use product page for conversions
Footwear is sized in US sizes by default. Because shoe sizing varies across regions and no single conversion chart applies to all styles, the product page size guide is the only reliable reference for international conversions (UK, EU, AU). Always use the exact product-page chart before ordering.
- Women's athletic and high-top canvas families run in standard US numeric sizing.
- Use the product page size guide for foot length in centimetres and regional conversions.
- Do not rely on a single footwear chart across different shoe styles.
No universal footwear chart is provided here. Product page charts are the only accurate reference for footwear sizing.
Caps & Hats
Head circumference
Most caps are sized by head circumference rather than garment measurements. Measure around your head approximately 2.5 cm (1 inch) above your ears for an accurate circumference reading.

Beanies
Most embroidered beanies are one size / one size fits most. A typical length reference is approximately 8.27" (21 cm). Check the individual product page for specific beanie dimensions.

Bags, Drinkware & Other Items
Product dimensions, not apparel sizing
Non-apparel products — bags, drinkware, décor, accessories, and similar items — use product dimensions or capacity rather than apparel size charts. Relevant dimensions such as height, width, volume, or capacity are shown on the individual product page.
No size chart applies to non-apparel items. Refer to the product page for dimensions, volume, and any relevant specifications.
What to Know
Before You Order.
Because products are made on demand using direct-to-garment and all-over print techniques, a few things are worth understanding before you place an order.
Colours may appear different in print.
Printed colours can differ from what you see on screen. Fabric type, garment colour, printing method, and underbase behaviour on darker garments all affect the final result. We cannot guarantee exact colour matching between your screen and the printed item, and this is not considered a product fault.
All-over print placement is not mathematically perfect.
On all-over print products, designs can shift slightly during production. Exact front-to-back alignment is not guaranteed, and elements placed outside the safe print area may not appear fully on the finished item. This is a standard characteristic of all-over print production.
Some fading and variation can occur over time.
All-over cotton prints may show a more limited colour range compared to sublimation printing. With repeated washing, some fading can occur. Slight variation between production batches is also possible. Following care instructions carefully helps extend the life of the print.
Slight shrinkage after washing is normal.
Some garments may shrink slightly after their first wash. Washing cold and air drying where possible helps maintain the original dimensions. If you are close between sizes, this is worth factoring into your size selection.

Every item is produced only once your order is placed. Rather than manufacturing large volumes in advance and holding them in stock, each piece is created as it is needed. This means a slightly longer production window than mass-stocked retail — but it also means nothing is made unnecessarily.

On-demand production helps reduce excess stock, avoid overproduction, lower unnecessary waste, and make it possible to offer a broader range of styles without relying on bulk inventory. In return, a little more time is needed between your order and its arrival.
